Revelation Bodywork & Pilates is a holistic movement studio founded by Michele Karlin, offering a unique blend of therapeutic Pilates and holistic healing modalities. Michele’s expertise in myofascial release, neurobiomechanics, and therapeutic movement forms the foundation of the studio’s approach.
Complementing Michele’s vision is her daughter, Hailey Shull, a former professional dancer from New York City. Hailey’s experience in the demanding world of dance informs her dynamic approach to Pilates, where she focuses on injury prevention, strength building, and functional movement.
Together, Michele and Hailey have built a team of seven highly qualified Pilates instructors, each bringing their own specialized knowledge and experience in healing and fitness. This diverse team allows Revelation Bodywork to cater to a wide range of clients—from those seeking rehabilitation to athletes looking to enhance performance.
In close collaboration with Precision Health & Fitness, Revelation Bodywork creates customized programs that integrate therapeutic Pilates with the physical therapy expertise at Precision. This partnership ensures clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs, enhancing both recovery and overall well-being.

Her professional journey focuses on exploring movement through mechanics and functional motions, leading her to study under renowned figures in the Pilates and Feldenkrais methods. Since graduating from a four-year Feldenkrais training program, she has applied these techniques to enhance her students' everyday movements and workouts.
The Feldenkrais method emphasizes re-educating the nervous system and building awareness of habitual movement patterns. Recent advances in neuroplasticity support its pioneering role in movement education. Group lessons involve gentle, slow movements to foster awareness and functional movement. Benefits include improved mobility and strength, enabling the brain to adapt movement choices and enjoy harmonious movement.
